Graduated with a BTS in International Business, Laëtitia began her career in 1999 and joined the Moniteur Group in 2003, as Business Manager with Key Accounts and SMEs. She then joined the CFPJ (Center for Training and Development of Journalists) where she is in charge of the development and marketing of communication training. In 2010, attracted by the company’s environmental policy, Laëtitia Boucher joined Interface
as Key Account Manager. Its role: to specify Interface concepts and products to architects and end users, to set up and advance the circular economy in the building sector, but also to ensure the reuse and recycling of end-of-life products. Having developed a strong interest in environmental subjects, she became Sustainability Ambassador in 2016 and decided to deepen her knowledge to graduate from Cambridge University (CISL), specialising in “sustainable value chain”, in 2019. Promoted to the position of Regional Sustainability Manager for Southern Europe, Laëtitia is now responsible for engaging and federating stakeholders around Interface’s Climate Take Back™ mission.
