Merlyn Mathew

Merlyn is an architect and urban policy practitioner, pursuing a master’s degree in Sustainability Management at Columbia University, New York. Her team, Soil Sink, was the winner of Drawdown: Innovate, a student-led competition organized by Net Impact and supported by Interface. She has led and supported research on several themes related to sustainability including business-led solutions to tackling climate change, social sustainability, transit-oriented development and globalization and livelihood adaptation. Her architecture thesis was on transforming transitional spaces for art biennials.
